Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing takes 2–5 business days, then standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. So total delivery is typically 7–13 business days from the date of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working on — stay tuned!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package's journey to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since production begins quickly after you order, we can only make changes within 12 hours of purchase. Email us immediately at hello@drobca.com and we'll do our best.

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our shirts are available in sizes S through 3XL. Size guides are available on each product page.

How do I know which size to choose?

Check the size guide on each product page — it includes exact measurements. When in doubt, size up!

Will the print look exactly like the photo?

Yes! Our print-on-demand partners maintain high quality standards. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, but the design will match what you see.

How do I care for my shirt?

Turn it inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print. Treat it like you treat your dog: with love and care.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my shirt if I don't like it?

Because every item is made-to-order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if something is wrong with your order, we absolutely will make it right. See our Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us at hello@drobca.com with a photo and your order number within 30 days. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
