We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days 
of delivery for damaged, defective, or misprinted items only.

Custom print-on-demand products cannot be returned for 
change of mind or incorrect size selection.

To request: email contact@drobca.com with your order 
number and photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
